			Y&C Transportation Consultants, Inc. has the following openings in our Sacramento Office: § Senior Transportation Engineer Senior Engineer Position requires a BS degree in Civil Engineering and a P.E. license in Civil or Traffic Engineering. The ideal candidate should have 8 years of experience in preparing plans, specifications and estimates for traffic signal, lighting, signing, striping, ramp metering, and construction stage traffic handling. Marketing and communication skills are essential.. § Transportation Engineer Requires a BS degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering with 2 to 4 years of experience in design of traffic signals, lighting, signing, striping, ramp metering, and construction stage traffic handling. Experience with AutoCAD and/or Microstation is required. Traffic signal timing software experience is a plus. § Assistant Transportation Engineer Requires a BS degree in Civil Engineering with 0-2 years of experience.  Emphasis in transportation engineering preferred, but not required.  Experience with AutoCAD, Highway Capacity Software (HCS), and SYNCHRO signal timing software is a plus.
